Child safety standards

Mubarik is an adults-only marriage service. Every member, including a person using Family Mode, must be at least 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

What we prohibit

Mubarik prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. This includes synthetic or computer-generated abusive imagery. Such content must never be uploaded, requested, offered or shared on Mubarik.

Report a concern

Use the in-app report option on a profile or conversation, or contact help@mubarik.app with the account name and information needed to locate the concern. Do not download, forward or attach suspected illegal imagery. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Our response

We assess reports, remove prohibited content when identified, and restrict or terminate offending accounts. We preserve and disclose relevant information where required by applicable law and report identified child sexual abuse material to the appropriate national or regional authority as required.
