Is Mubarik free?
Yes. A profile, matching and chatting with your matches cost nothing. Premium and one-off extras are optional.
Why do I have to take a selfie?
It is compared against your main photo to confirm the profile is really you. It is never shown to anyone and is not part of your profile.
My photo was rejected. Why?
Either it did not pass the content check, or the face did not match your verification selfie. Try a clear, recent photo of yourself alone, facing the camera.
Can I use Mubarik outside my country?
Free accounts see people in their own country. Premium opens the search worldwide.
Family mode
Can my family see my private chats?
No. Never, under any setting. Group chats are separate and you choose when to start one.
Can they like or message people for me?
No. They can suggest a profile and mark it approved. Every like, match and message is yours alone.
How do I add someone?
Open the Family tab and share the invite code there. They download Mubarik, choose "I am a family member" and enter it.
How do I remove them?
Unlink from the Family tab, or from their side in their settings. Access ends immediately and a new invite code is issued.
Do they need their own subscription?
No. A family account browses on your plan.
Can more than one relative join?
One family account per member. It keeps responsibility clear.
Premium and billing
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel from your device. iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions. You keep Premium until the period ends.
I paid and did not get it.
Open the app again while connected; purchases are restored on launch. If it has not appeared after a minute, email us with the date and store receipt.
Do women pay for Premium?
Women see who liked them without paying. The rest of Premium is the same for everyone.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. Ask through the store you bought from.
Privacy and safety
Who can see my profile?
Other members searching in your country, or worldwide if they have Premium. You can browse quietly and blur your photos until you are ready.
What happens when I block someone?
You disappear from each other completely. Any match ends, the chat closes, and they cannot open your profile, message you or call you.
Can I take a break without deleting?
Yes. Pause your profile from settings. You keep everything and come back whenever you like.
